Very impressed with the staff and office. Very friendly and answered all my questions. They are very through and caring. Extremely clean office.

I have full mouth implants. They did a fantastic job; they look great. I go back to One Dental twice a year for cleaning. They constantly work to come up with new methods of keeping my mouth healthy. I would highly recommend them .

Excellent service, professional and friendly staff. Comfortable facility. Treatment plan was throughly explained. While this was my initial visit they are very up-to-date regarding equipment and procedures and were able to use my insurance. I'm usually very tense when at the dentist but after this initial visit I'm actually excited to getting the work done in my treatment plan.

I can’t say enough about the front desk staff. Sabrina and the others have been great and have gone above and beyond. Jen, who has examined and cleaned my teeth has listened, been very respectful and is an absolute joy. I had the pleasure of having Botros (not sure of exact title - DDS?) working with me and called me back quickly when I had a question/information. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist yet the above staff members at One Dental Tacoma relaxes me and make me feel as if they care. I highly recommend them! I rarely post reviews.

I am highly satisfied with One Dental. I have had many procedures done in the last year. I am happy with Dr Julia and also dental assistant BaLinda. I am waiting on permanent front crowns (6).

Excellent customer service, beautiful and modern facility, advanced technology. I had the best deep teeth clean of my life and I’m happy to be starting my ortho journey with them. My teeth are glowing from my whitening sessions too! Do recommend! They seem to really care about the over all customer experience.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you. Still not having any discomfort. Yay!!!. I have had a couple different procedures done in the past couple of weeks and no complaintsor discomfort. Transitioning from from Dr Macks has not been easy for me but I am feeling better and better each visit. The staff are great and I like how we'll they support each other and the awesome friendliness and care they demonstrate to help you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Love the diversity!!!

They always get me in promptly, make sure I am comfortable, and warm with a blanket out of the dryer 🙂

Did a great job in a timely manner

The procedure was so easy and less painful then I expected. I’m only giving 4 and not 5 stars because when I got home I noticed some of the chemicals they used got on my shirt and made a small bleach like stain. Otherwise if you have dental anxiety I strongly recommend this dentist. The nurse who did the numbing was so good I barely felt anything at all. And the assistant was so nice and helpful and caring. Great dentist.

One Dental was able to see me same day for a dental emergency. Everyone in their office was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to answer my questions and explain treatment options. I also ended up paying $300 for treatment that another office quoted me $2,600 for. Affordable, fair, and competent.

Their office and exam rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. My hygienist frequently asked me if I was doing ok and was super nice. My dentist was also very nice and explained everything and I didn't feel rushed asking questions. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

The staff are professional and answer all of your questions. The work performed has been good quality from what I have experienced since they took over the office from my old dentist.

I have a special spot for the staff at One Dental. I came to them with fear and anxiety, but each member of the team took time to listen and learn where that came from.. I have had the misfortune of a broken tooth, the need for multiple cleanings and a crown however I felt cared for, heard and understood the entire way! I have a better understanding of how important overall mouth hygiene can be! Patient care and good customer service will keep me coming back!

Linda was absolutely incredible. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. This entire staff is truly amazing. They’re all so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I noticed the culture they’ve developed at this dentistry really stands out by the way they work and communicate. Hate the dentist, loved going to this dentist. 10/10

We have been coming to this dentist office since 2003 and have always received great care. The staff are always professional and compassionate. We travel 20 miles each way but it is well worth the drive.

Excellent service! Almost no wait time. Was treated with so much respect. Thay made sure i was comfortable and had no pain are discomfort. Linda did fantastic job!

A 40 minute appointment that took 2 hours. Had a crown replaced and continued to have a toothache///???very annoying and uncomfortable. Finally called and complained. I was seen immediately. Adhesive was left under my gum and had to be dislodged for complete healing to take place. Much better now.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The hygienist was extra careful with me. I have had bad experiences in the past. So I was very apprehensive about this procedure. The whole team made me very comfortable!!!! Thank you to Pomella,Linda and Dr. Julie. Hopefully I spelled the names right. Sorry if didn't. Kind Regards Ron Brown

I had a great dental appointment! Dr. Webley was very professional and caring on my dental needs. The assistant Ky was also professional and very gental when making my temporary crown that I needed. I highly recommend One Dental Tacoma! This office strives in providing high quality dental treatment at an affordable cost… and all of their dental hygienist are experienced, gental, and professional!

I am so scared of dental work and get a high level of anxiety, won't stop talking, shake and cry. I am a patient who needs help to get through the work. I want to say thank you to the hygienist, assistant and doctor who took care of me. I had not gone to a dentist in a decade due to me having fear from past experience. I applaud my care and all my people who worked with me and got me through my root canal. I'm truly blessed that I found ONE DENTAL. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
